This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for OZVISUALS services and how to request one. Because our work is custom and time-based, eligibility depends on project status and deliverables.

Overview
OZVISUALS provides digital, customized video editing services. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on whether work has started, how much work has been delivered, and whether the service matches the agreed scope.

Refund eligibility
Before work starts
- If you cancel before work begins, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund (depending on processing fees).
After work starts
- Once editing has started, refunds are typically not available for completed work time.
- If partial work has been delivered, refunds (if any) may be prorated based on work completed and files delivered.
Monthly / retainer packages
- Unused time/credits may be refundable only if stated in your agreement; otherwise, they may expire or roll over as agreed.
Non-refundable items
- Completed edits and delivered digital assets
- Rush/priority fees once scheduling has been confirmed
- Third-party costs paid on your behalf (stock, licensing, etc.)
We may offer revisions instead of refunds when the request relates to creative preference (style, pacing, music vibe).
How to request a refund
To request a refund, please email us with your project details and the reason for the request.
Include the following
- Your name and the email/WhatsApp used to place the order
- Project name or invoice/receipt reference
- A short explanation of the issue
- Any relevant links or screenshots
What happens next
- We review your request and may ask for clarification.
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method (timing depends on your bank/provider).
- If not approved, we’ll explain why and offer the best next step (revisions, scope adjustment, etc.).
Refund timing
If your refund is approved, processing time depends on your payment provider and bank. Some providers may take several business days to post the refund to your account.
